Solid and dependable on and off the road. Great fun on gravel. The wide tires provide a solid ride on any surface. Plenty of power and excellent battery life.

This bike is so well-built there is so many adjustments. It rides, smooth and silent has excellent pick up. Customer service is top-notch. The bike shipped extremely well packaged easy to read instructions. I can’t say enough about this bike.

The cityrun step through has made rising a bicycle enjoyable again. It is smooth and easy to operate and the pedal assist lets me get as much help as I need to make the distance and still get a workout or just an enjoyable ride.

We bought a pair of bikes.Absolutely awesome bike right out of the box, great fit and comfort , great controls , looks great.

I’m having a great time. My bike is really nice setup was as quick as pull it out of the box check nuts and bolts for tightness and off you go. But I have learned to take it easy, learning will come.

Now that the snow has finally melted we got a chance to take our new bikes for good test run. 28 miles later I'm pleased to say they both ran great. No issues at all. Very impressed with battery life, I used less than 10% of my battery during that ride. Well done Heybike.

Solid bike, basic deraileur but it works ok.
Possible upgrade would be better in the long term. Frame transfer is rubbish and wont stay stuck down.
Replaced saddle with mtb one as far more confortable.
Pedals will be replaced with ones with longer spikes as stock ones dont grip shoes well enough,feet slip off to easily.
Booklet supplied could have more info on how to use the bikes controls/ computer.
But all that aside its a awesome ride and goes well.
Get some interesting comments and think its a good buy.

Got mine 3 months ago not 1 problem. Mostly trail ride with it do a little Jumping The full suspension was a little Stiff when I 1st got it after going through some trails and doing some jumping Loosened it up a bit now it's perfect. I would recommend this bike . I went in to the settings and lowered the pedal assist 1 and 2s voltage as low as it will go I use those for just cruising around the neighborhood get good Mileage

This bike is fast, long lasting and promotes itself. Warning!! People will see you clipping along on it and will stop you and ask you about it forever lol . I absolutely love my coswheel t20
